Rich von Gersdorff Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer

Rich von Gersdorff became CFO of Youth For Tomorrow in August of 2013, after a successful 31 year career in Commercial Finance, Real Estate and Construction, owning and selling two companies.

Rich holds a B.B.A. degree in Business Administration from James Madison University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Phoenix. Mr. von Gersdorff is also a licensed CPA in the State of Virginia.

Rich’s corporate financial and operational experience allows him to oversee YFT’s Finance, Campus Operations, Information Technology, Human Resource and Quality Assurance Departments.
