Youth For Tomorrow's Behavioral Health Services (BHS) offers a broad scope of outpatient mental health counseling services for children (ages five and up), adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Our mental health professionals are here to serve you and your family.

Our services are designed to meet the needs of clients and families from diverse backgrounds who may benefit from outpatient assessment and treatment. We diagnose and treat children, adolescents and adults with a wide variety of issues including but not limited to: depression, anxiety and panic symptoms, post-traumatic stress, anger issues, obsessive-compulsive issues, grief and loss, self-harm, issues related to attachment, co-occurring disorders, aggression, attention deficits and other behavioral concerns, as well as familial and relational issues.
We provide behavioral health services with professional excellence, Christian integrity, professional insight, and genuine compassion. Our staff is comprised of therapists with various credentials, backgrounds, trainings, and specialties, so we are able to offer a wide variety of treatment, including play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and behavioral intervention.

The Potomac Health Foundation awarded a one year grant to Youth For Tomorrow to improve Community Health and serve residents of eastern Prince William County, Lorton, and North Stafford communities through its Howard L. Greenhouse Large Grant Program to further the Foundation’s mission to improve the health of the community by increasing access to health care for the medically underserved.

I graduated in 2013 from Slippery Rock University with Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Dance, and in 2016 with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Youth. I was awarded the 2016 Outstanding Graduate award from my Master’s program. Outside of YFT, I have been a dancer, dance educator, and choreographer for many years and love the arts in general. In addition to dance, I also enjoy spending time with loved ones, walking my dogs, reading, traveling, and watching baseball. |

Juliana Biggs, MSW, Supervisee for LCSW![]() Juliana Biggs is compassionate, empathic, and driven. She is currently working under supervision to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Children, Youth, and Families from George Mason University in 2021 and a Bachelor’s in Social Work with a Minor in Family Studies from James Madison University in 2018. Prior to Youth For Tomorrow, Juliana worked at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital providing outpatient therapy services to military children and adolescents. Juliana was also a Social Worker at Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare where she provided case management to the older adult population. She has experience working with depression, crisis intervention, anxiety, trauma, family systems, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. She uses a person-centered approach bringing in aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Juliana’s goal is to empower the client using a strengths-based approach and create a safe space for them. Juliana has lived in Northern Virginia most of her life and has also lived in New Jersey and Alabama She enjoys spending time with family and her dogs, yoga, exploring new places, reading, and connecting with friends. |

Julianna Szabolcs, MA, RICJulianna Szabolcs is currently working under supervision to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Substance Abuse counselor (C-SAC). Julianna earned her Bachelor's of Arts and Science in Psychology and Communications at the University of Pittsburgh. She received her Master's of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2021. In her professional experience she has worked as a volunteer and milieu therapist at UPMC Western Psychiatric inpatient unit. At Western Psychiatric, Julianna worked with adolescents and adults with illnesses ranging from addiction, mood disorders, and autism disorders. While completing her masters at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Julianna worked under the supervision of Dr. Sierra who has a private practice in Washington D.C. At Ana Sierra Counseling, Julianna conducted individual therapy, family therapy, and comprehensive immigration evaluations within the Latinx community. Julianna also retained experience post-master’s degree as as a Bi-lingual Home-Based counselor at PHILLIPS Program for Children and Families prior to joining the Behavioral Health Services team at Youth For Tomorrow. Julianna specifically enjoys working with adolescents and adults and also seeks to advocate for the Latinx community. She attempts to build genuine and therapeutic relationships with her clients by striving to individualize therapy with a cognitive-behavioral and person-centered approach. Julianna aspires to continue learning as a clinician through clinical practice, research, and complex cases with an attempt to reduce mental health and substance abuse stigma while simultaneously improving client’s quality of life. Julianna plans to pursue a doctorate degree in clinical psychology with a concentration in Trauma and Substance Abuse. She is currently an active member of the American Counseling Association, the American Psychological Association, and the National Society of Leadership and Success. |
