Because we are continually improving our program and encourage staff development, we are frequently in need of dedicated individuals to work in our residential, educational, and counseling components. Youth For Tomorrow is a 24/7 faith-based residential facility for at-risk boys and girls. We are located near Manassas, VA; and rest on 200 acres where we also have an on-site school for the youth of YFT to attend year round. Our school is fully accredited by VAISEF and recognized by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Youth For Tomorrow is a drug and alcohol free campus. EOE.
We are seeking qualified candidates to fill the following positions within our organization:
Bi-Lingual Therapists: To work with our Unaccompanied Immigrant Minors (UIM) program; must have either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology, and/or licensure eligibility for QMHP to provide counseling services; able to assess treatment needs and deliver appropriate interventions; must have prior counseling/therapy experience; must be able to produce and maintain appropriate documentation; bi-lingual skills (English & Spanish) required.
Bi-Lingual Case Managers: To work with our UIM program; must have either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology; must be able to provide case management services and address any ongoing medical or psychological needs; will facilitate and monitor the progress of ISPs with residents; must be able to produce and maintain appropriate documentation; bi-lingual skills (English & Spanish) required.
Residential Counselors: Full-time and part-time openings in both our UIM and Standard programs (UIM candidates must be bi-lingual – Spanish & English); must have at least 6 months prior experience working with children (volunteer or professional); must be at least 21 years old; STRONG MALES GREATLY NEEDED.
Occupational Therapist: A part-time (up to 3 hours per week) Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one services to a student with sensory processing deficits and motor/visual skills. This is a temporary, contractor position. Candidate must have a license in Occupational Therapy.
TDT Specialist: To work in our External Programs office in Woodbridge, VA; must have either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Services field; must be Medicaid eligible for QMHP status to provide counseling services; will be working with emotionally and/or behaviorally challenged students in the PWC school system; Spanish speaking skills preferred but not required to apply.

House Parents
Youth For Tomorrow is seeking couples who have been married for a minimum of two years to serve as House Parents who have a heart for at-risk youths ages 11-17. YFT is a faith-based private residential school and counseling center. We currently employ a 5 day shift, followed by 2 days off. This creative approach to staffing allows for maximum commitment to the youth, while giving house parents necessary time off. House parents supervise up to a maximum of 8 youths in our Girls Program and up to 12 in our Boys Programs. Minimum of one year experience required working either as house parents or in social work with at-risk youths. Prefer 4 year college degree but will consider high school graduates/GED for right candidates.

A Residential Counselor and a relief Residential Counselor shall have a baccalaureate degree in human services; have an associates degree and three months experience working with children; or be a high school graduate or have a General Education Development Certificate (G.E.D.) and have six months of experience working with children.
